2006 GWOC Girls Conference Tournament

There will be a
seeding and rules meeting at
·
Bring as many
dry-rolls as you have in case of rain.
·
90 cans of USTA
approved balls will be supplied by the conference.
·
Along with this
letter are copies that will be used the day of the tournament: 1) Bracket, 2)
Team scoring sheet, and 3) Line-up card.
Please have the line-up card filled out prior to our seeding meeting.

All previously
approved tennis bylaws will be followed:
1)
5 flights, 4
seeds per flight, voted at
2)
Players must have
played 50% of their GWOC matches at the same position they are being considered
for a seed and coaches are to try and place their players into the positions
they have played most often throughout the season. However, if a player is absent on the day of
the tournament, the player(s) who have to move up to fill the vacant spot will
be considered for a seed based on the Coaches’ discussion during pre-tournament
meeting.
3)
Pills will be
pulled for the remaining 13 spots in each flight, placed on the draw by the
coach.
